From Zero to Hero (Shot): Ross Med Email Evolution and Upgrade
When I was brought on as Web Designer, emails were only sent based on internal needs, rather than the needs of the customer. The designs were generic and unengaging, and didn’t employ any brand voice or factor in customer consideration. Alongside the Email Marketing Specialist and Content Specialist, I developed a campaign based on the customer lifecycle: starting with an introductory welcome, followed by informational communications about different aspects of the school and admissions, and finally ending with the apply CTA.
I art directed the photoshoot used in these campaigns, and consulted on the content. I designed and coded the final product.
When the organization was able to bring on automation technology, I developed the strategy to translate the original campaign into an automated engagement program.
